Electronic Transfer
Electronic transfer of your completed appraisals are here and we're one of the leaders! We are currently providing appraisal services to a number of clients who receive our appraisals via electronic transfer (secure PDF transfer via FTP from our web site).
There are a number of advantages to receiving appraisals via the internet or e-mail.
Some of these advantages are:
- Speed - You will receive appraisals faster, no mailing. Great for Rush orders!
- Need extra copies? How many originals do you want? With electronic transfers you can make as many originals, with color photos, as you want!
- No software to buy! We'll provide all you need to receive appraisals along with training for your staff.
- Addendums, changes and requests from underwriters fast! With electronic transfer, we can get an original document to you in hours - not days!
- No color printer? No problem! Contact us and we will provide you with a color print out.
If you have an e-mail address, you can start receiving appraisals via the web!
- Overview we can email a PDF file or upload a copy to our website in your client only section, where the report will remain up on the site for 60 days after you receive it.
- Print / Mail - If you need us to print and mail a copy, no problem. There will be an additional minimal charge of $15.
- Fax we can fax a complete appraisal to any fax number within the United States.

Appointment Notice
Our goal is to make an appointment within 24 hours of receiving the order. We will inform you of Appointment Times, communication issues, or any other notes pertaining to contacting the borrower and/or client, etc. When placing an order, please provide us as much contact information as possible. As mentioned, were improving Appraisal service!
Quality Of Work
Our most important quality is compliance with the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP). Our mission and company policy is to provide high quality Appraisal reports, with a detailed analysis, where the client and/or lender can understand our conclusions, adjustments and data in a simplistic manner. For example, our property inspection on a 1004 URAR full appraisal will include interior partitions (non complex), interior photos, description of every room, complete adjustment comments (each adjustment), a narrative URAR addendum, etc. On a 2055 Limited Interior Appraisals, we will complete an exterior sketch, label rooms, interior photos, a narrative addendum, and explanation on market data.

Our ultimate goal is no lender kickbacks! We want the appraisal process to be a no hassle situation, and we will notify you with any challenges, marketability conditions, etc. We report and communicate!
